This includes limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and the applicable law of state. If the customers have any issues regarding the Privacy Policy, they should contact us at their best convenience. Our customer services shall be most happy to serve them.

As our Policies are liable to change at any time, it is recommended that the customers go through the policy each time they enter the site to purchase. The company gathers navigational information about where visitors go on our website and information about the technical efficiencies of our website and service (i.e. time to connect and time to download pages). This information allows us to see which areas of our Company's Website are most visited and helps us understand our customers better than before. This also helps us improve the quality of those sites which are lacking in some way or the other. Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, written and other materials that are part of this site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by the Company.

The customers may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for their personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to the customer as a result of any such downloading or copying. The customer may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivatives, sell or participate in any sale or exploitation of the site, its content, or any related software.

Creative Writing Pros adheres to the following policies for each of its products and services:

Blogs/Articles/Web Content

• Order for blogs/articles/web content will be put into production after the date the customer sends in a fully filled questionnaire form. CWP holds the right to put the project on hold if customer does not send in the questionnaire form filled completely
• Standard turn-around time for one blog/article or one webpage is 48-72 hours.
• The customer can ask for unlimited revisions before accepting a blog/article/webpage. Once accepted, the customer is not eligible to get any more revisions.
• Standard turn-around time for a revision is 24-48 hours depending on the nature and complexity of the revision.

Resumes and related products

• Order for resumes will be put into production after the date the customer sends in a fully filled questionnaire form. CWP holds the right to put the project on hold if customer does not send in the questionnaire form filled completely.
• Standard turn-around time for a resume is 48-72 hours.
• The customer can ask for unlimited revisions before accepting a resume. Once accepted, the customer is not eligible to get any more revisions.
• Standard turn-around time for a revision is 24-48 hours depending on the nature and complexity of the revision.

Wikipedia creation/editing

• The Wikipedia project will only be started after the customer provides a fully filled in questionnaire alongside 4-5 links that the customer understands make him notable enough for a Wikipedia page.
• Once a questionnaire has been received the customer will receive a Notability report according to which it will be determined if the customer is eligible for a Wikipedia page.
• The page will only be published if the customer is notable. Until and unless the customer provides proof of notability, his Wikipedia page will not be processed.
• Customers have to be fully transparent regarding all previous attempts to creating a page on Wikipedia. In case the customer hides any information, Creative Writing Pros holds the right to immediately take suitable action against the customer.
• Lack of transparency on the customer’s end will make the provision of service clause null and void with immediate effect.

General policy for Wikipedia

Creative Writing Pros offers a 100% refund in case of non-delivery of agreed service. The customer will NOT be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• If the customer’s page cannot be published due to lack of notability.
• If the customer had not been fully transparent in providing information about any and all previous attempts to create their Wikipedia page.
• If the customer has changed his mind i.e., they do not want the purchased any service due to any reason.
• If the customer wants information in the draft that in any way does not comply with Wikipedia policies and seeks a refund due to that.
• If the customer has been blocked/banned by Wikipedia due to prior attempts to creating a page.
• If the customer has been blocked/banned by Wikipedia due to prior attempts to creating a page.
• If the customer’s page goes down for any reason after more than 14 days of the page going live on Wikipedia.
• If the customer requests edits on their page that do not comply with Wikipedia policies.

Refund Policy

Money Back Guarantee is valid till 30 days of order placement, provided that other terms are applied.

If you are not satisfied with the initial Responses provided by Creative Writing Pros, there is no refund if your project moves to round two of content writing. You may request a refund by sending a written Refund Request. Upon timely receipt of the request, Creative Writing Pros, will refund the total payment made by you, less a service and processing fee of 10% on package amount for a Content package whereas in case of a website, if the website is in the development phase the 40% work cost will be deducted from the package amount processed for refund. There are no refunds for any rush service charges. 24-hour work fees and 24-hour rush changes are non-refundable. In case of refund approval, the client will get his amount credited back within next 10-15 Business Days. We won't entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 45 Days but the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue. Also if the client is non-responsive for more than 60 Days then the client has to pay an extra caution fee i.e. $150 for re-initiating the project. In case if the client wants to forfeit the website portion of the package after 30 days, refund won't be applicable; though we can hold the project in such case and the client can come later and get the project started again. Furthermore, the customer shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if customer request additional revisions (1 or more work changes regardless of the complexity) or modifications to any of the initial editions. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from www. creativewritingpros.com. Should you receive a refund, you agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to related Responses. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any Response or other work product, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same. In case of finalizing one part of the order, the customer won't be eligible for a refund for the rest of the remaining package.

Revision Policy

We provide guaranteed unlimited revision. Customers can ask us for unlimited free revisions. Should the number of pages exceed, appropriate charges would then be applicable. In order to receive free revision, customers are required to request for a revision within 20 days of the order delivery date. However in case of large order, the timeline exceeds up to 45 days. If the revision request falls within these guidelines we will revise the order to meet the customer's initial requirements free of charge.

Once the above-mentioned timeline has passed it shall be assumed that the customer is satisfied.
Any revision request sent by customer for plagiarism within the order provided must be accompanied by a detailed report for the plagiarism. All revision requests pertaining to customers order will be completed as per the urgency of the order with 24 hours as standard minimum turnaround time.

• For orders up to 24 hours of urgency;
• Revision turnaround time would be 24 hours.
• For orders between 24-48 hours of urgency;
• Revision turnaround time would be 48 hours.
• For orders of 48 hours and above
• Revision turnaround time would be 72 hours.

Amendment Policy

We provide an unlimited amendments guarantee. Through this guarantee customers can ask us for unlimited amendments and we will entertain the amendment request. In order to receive free amendment, customers are required to provide request for a revision within 20 days of the order delivery date. However in case of reasonably large order, the timeline exceeds up to 45 days. If the amendment request falls within these guidelines we will revise the order to meet the customer's initial requirements free of charge.

Once the above-mentioned timeline has passed it shall be assumed that the customer is satisfied.
All amendment requests pertaining to customers order will be completed as per the urgency of the order with 24 hours as standard minimum turnaround time. Amendment turnaround time as per urgency is as follows:

• For orders up to 24 hours of urgency;
• Amendment turnaround time would be 24 hours.
• For orders between 24-48 hours of urgency;
• Revision turnaround time would be 48 hours.
• For orders of 48 hours and above
• Revision turnaround time would be 72 hours.
